Nevertheless, we all have to grow up at some point.  Yes, some later than others, but I digress.  Since many of my girlfriends are having babies (that are seriously beautiful and I am not just saying that!), it has come to my attention that there is a need for jewelry for children in the marketplace that can be passed down to siblings as they grow.  Well rest assured, I have found some great pieces for those mom’s out there.  Style for the kids, moms, and everything (Auntie’s) in between!

A couple of things to keep in mind as you do your jewelry shopping:

– If you find a pendant that you love that you would like to gift to your little one, you can always request a chain in a shorter size.  Necklaces in the marketplace usually are 16″ – 18″ for the average size woman.  For a child, you may want to purchase a shorter chain at 14-15″.  Feel free to contact me if you cannot find this size while shopping.

– When searching for fine jewelry stud earrings for your child, having a post that allows the back to be screwed on will help eliminate loss during sleeping or playing.  The back to these earrings have to be screwed on like a nut and bolt but are delicate enough for any ear.

–  Bracelets in an open cuff style will allow for a growing child to wear it longer because the metal can be adjusted to fit their wrists.

Below are some styles that I would definitely rock as a mom and gift to my future children.

Happy Sunday!
